Processing times:
Our warehouse fulfills most orders within 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a delivery tracking link. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see your order information.
U.S. Orders:
Free shipping with USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days) for orders of $30 or more.
Orders less than $30:
USPS First Class Mail (2-6 business days): $3.99
USPS Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): $9.99
International Orders:
We currently do not offer international shipping (outside the U.S.) at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Be sure to check back soon as we plan to increase our availability.
Returns:
We are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you're not happy, we'll accept returns up to 30 days after your order has been placed - no questions asked!
Return Shipping:
Free shipping for returns.
- Print the shipping label and pack the item(s) for return. Go ahead and reuse the recycled poly mailer bag that your order arrived in, it's resealable!
- Affix the shipping label that you've printed onto the outside of the package and drop the package off at USPS or any blue USPS post box.
- Once we receive your package we'll process your refund. You'll receive an email notification at every step.
